  • Direct Debit is a safe and convenient way to donate. Fill out this Authority to Accept Direct Debit form, sign it and return to us either via email or in the mail (not directly to your bank).

    Along with the completed Authority to Accept Direct Debit form, include a signed note advising donation amount, your name, address and your supporter ID (you can use a Rhema Media response form if you have one).

    If you don’t have a Supporter Number, then please call 09 3071251 and one of the friendly team will help you with that.

    It will take at least 10 days to have an initial Direct Debit authority in place. Then, whenever you would like to donate, advise with a signed note including your name, address and Supporter ID, how much you would like us to direct debit from your account.

    Donations will be processed either on the 15th or 30th of the month. Please be assured that no money will be drawn without your prior approval, and we will send you a confirmation of when the direct debit will happen. If you have further questions, please call 09 307 1251 and one of our friendly staff will assist you.

Rhema Media appreciates your support. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Rhema Media, we will honour your request for a refund made within 15 days of your receipt of your donation.

To request a refund, please call (09) 307-1251 or email admin@rhemamedia.co.nz Refunds are made using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
