1. OPENING

1.1 Meeting Karakia

Member of staff, Jordan Hippolite, opened the meeting with a karakia.

1.2 Welcome by Board Chair

The Chair and Chief Executive Officer (CE) of Rhema Media welcomed

attendees, and the CE explained how attendees can submit new business.

1.3 Apologies

Apologies were received from Michelle Heath Young.

1.4 Quorum

Quorum was met with 87 attendees online, not counting those attendees

in studio.

Members were invited to submit any new business.

2. BUSINESS

2.1 Confirm Minutes of the 2024 AGM

The minutes of the Rhema Media AGM held 20 September 2024 were confirmed

as presented.

2.2 Ratify 2025 Board Vote

The presenter summarised the member votes for the new board members for

2025, and welcomed all new members.

The Chair spoke to attendees, sharing her report from the past year.

3.2 Chief Executive's Report

The CE discussed his report from the past year. He acknowledged the hard

work of his predecessor, Andrew Fraser. His speech was followed by a

Rhema Media highlights video from the past year.

4.1 Announce Results of the Votes

The presenter announced that all motions have passed.

5. OTHER BUSINESS

5.1 Any New Business from the Members

The Chair and CE answered the following questions from members attending

online:

1. AM deteriorating.

Rhema will still have terrestrial radio, but our strategy is being

digital first. The CE shared the praise report about the Auckland mast

that is being rebuilt - Rhema will remain on the mast, but it is still

a time of transition.

2. New constitution, point 26 - what guidelines will be in place to

ensure we have a Biblical way?

The Chair answered that we address these issues as we do with all

issues: pray and seek God's Word. The second thing is to look at, and

abide by, our rules.
